Need : Project Manager (MN, 6+Months) Skype Interview

Location- Minneapolis, MN
Duration- 6 Months

Phone interview

·         Years' experience in IT Infrastructure and Operations projects management

·         Excellent probing and understanding skills

·         Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills such as Stakeholder management

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·         Experience in IT infra Industry standard project management, managing budget and schedule

·         Ability to transform the business case into objective, tasks and timelines

·         Stakeholder (Business, internal resources and third parties/vendors), Scope and expectation management

·         Strong Risk Management ability, understanding tolerance levels, identifying risk responses

·         Knowledge on documentation (email, project management plan, charter, variance reporting)

·         Knowledge of Earned Value Analysis (EVA)

·         Ability to engineer detailed work breakdown structure from business needs and requirements

·         Hands on knowledge in industry standard project management tool like MS Project, Clarizen.

·         Strong in project management methodologies

·         Understanding and basic knowledge in IT infrastructure components and terminology

·         Ability to interact and lead teams both technical and business

·         Ability to travel within NA region, sometimes at short notice

·         Ability to excel in Project Management Office (PMO)

 

Preferred:

 

Ø  Experience in managing multiple complex projects simultaneously

Ø  Understanding and basic knowledge on

o   Data center functionality and architecture

o   ITSM Ticketing tools

Ø  Certifications

o   ITIL V3 service transition certified

o   Project Management Professional (PMP)

Ø  Experience with DevOps
