They don't really have a halfway house for reforming wayward liberals who, for whatever reason, committed the unpardonable sin of deviating from the absolute and unquestionable dogma that IS the liberal agenda.  Even deviating from the party line - in public of course, in private there's very, very few of those liberal hypocrites who ACTUALLY believe the shit they're selling (which, actually, goes a LONG way in explaining why Hollywood is a hotbed den of liberalista activism, "fanaticism" and Weldtschmertz convincingly passed off to the public as actual Schmertz by people who's ONLY contribution to society is to have hit the "pick 6" in the genetic lottery of life and then catch some kind of cosmic break at some casting audition or haughty Hollywood party).  Anyway, for a better understanding of what happens to liberals who deviate from their party by even 2-3 Angstroms - even if the offender has devoted their LIFE to challenging Republicans or conservatives at any and all arena, and even if the offender is a well-known pillar of the Democratic Party and a liberal bastion - in the end, on the left side of the body-politic in this country what you did or didn't do in the last week is infinitely more important than what you've done for liberal causes over the course of your lifetime.  Again, just LOOK at the career-altering gaffe Juan Williams made or the career detonations that some liberal activists have endured simply by stating as true some minor liberal talking point that happens to actually BE true!  Kim Jong Un's North Korea, Fidel Castro's Cuba and Lenin's tomb - e.g. the USSR prior to Gorbachev - are ALL almost idealistically identical to the Yale English department, the American Teacher's Unions, and Hollywood A-listers whackjob belief systems EXCEPT that in the afore mentioned countries they have/had re-education camps where it WAS theoretically possible to work off one's debt to society for his/her ghastly breach of ideological propaganda.  The American equivalents just have the metaphorical, or career-ending firing squad.  It's high time that Maher get put in front of one to understand the depths of the evil liberal machine politics he's been blindly shilling for all these years!  Maybe now he'll get some idea of how he's been used like a marionette puppet by these fanatical jackasses and, like Trotsky, gets a clear view of what happens on that side of the ideological fence when they no longer have any use for you!
