Position: SAP MM TESTER
Location: MILWAUKEE,WI
Duration: 3+ Months (3 to 6 Months)
Experience: 8+ YEARS
JOB DESCRIPTION:
· . Over 6 years of experience in SAP testing projects
· 2. Strong SAP-MM or SAP-WM functional Skills with testing background
· 3. Ability to independently own one or more modules
· 4. Possessing SAP-FICO functional skills is a primary requirement
· 5. Responsible for Test Design (Test case/ Test Data generation), Defect tracking, Reporting and Reviews of Test Execution.
· 6. Good understanding of Testing process and able to handle Test reporting
· 7. Good Communication skills
· 8. Ability to understand client requirements
· 9. Possess ability to manage multiple stakeholders in Onsite-Offshore setup
· 10. Ability to work in a dynamic, high pressure environment where change is inevitable
· 11. Proactive with a pragmatic approach to testing
· 12. Able to engage equally with business and IT staff
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
SAP MM - Materials Management:
· Must have a good business process understanding.
· Ability to elicit the right information by framing the right set of questions.
· Able to assist in creating solution proposals / solution workshops / detailed solution and assist in preparing the solution road map.
· Ability to create the detailed solution and assist in implementing the solution.
· Good module level knowledge and able to configure based on the design document and a good knowledge of the quality processes and used them in projects.
· Should have 0 - 2 years of SAP experience in the core module of specialization and 0 - 2 years of domain experience.
· Demonstrates knowledge of materials management processes and how these processes are treated and configured in SAP .
· Able to work with customer business teams and Wipro project teams effectively.
· Should be able to conduct requirement gathering workshops ,map these into SAP MM processes and identify gaps.
· Should know the processes adopted for custom developments, unit testing, functional testing, integration testing, go-live preparations and going live
· He should be able to assist in design and configure processes in Materials Management mainly in purchasing and inventory management areas.
· Should also know how MM processes integrate finance, production and sales..
SAP Functional:
· Highly advanced functional expertise in SAP ECC functional module of expertise and all related core ECC modules corresponding to the domain in consideration.
· Ability to fully map functional requirements and integrate them into the final solution keeping in mind product functional and technical capabilities for very large and complex projects.
· Ability to train advanced users, design, develop and troubleshoot complex landscapes. Has experience across implementation, support, upgrade, migration and consolidation projects and methodologies for planning and execution of the same.
· Is fully conversant with other functional areas and business domains.
· Ability to develop integrated solutions.
· Ability to relate to other tech and functional solutions in place in the customer and Sap's place among them.
· Able to review and add value to integrated solution recommendations from Wipro and customer teams.
· Established thought leadership in peer and industry fora.
· Excellent knowledge of SAP and other leading Reproduce capabilities and to discuss their pros and cons vis a vis SAP in a meaningful and customer relevant manner.
