·         iExpense Implementation experience

·         AME Experience

·         Interface Experience

 

Details:

 

• Company to expand their footprint with iExpense on Consulting Oracle instance, this project will include implementation of OW countries; France, Switzerland, Germany, Singapore and Canada.
• Standardize and simplify Oracle iExpense process for both Clients. We will also be looking for opportunities to improve iExpense overall for users.
• PeopleSoft to AP Employee Interface – Update interface to include all employee details including iExpense Approver (First Manager) and Default Expense GL Code
• Create approval rules in AME (Approval Management Engine) and change approval limit to be standard across each expense template (by country/by Op Co)
• Standardize Expense Templates and Expense Types between RIS and Consulting for each country/Op Co
• Standardize Audit Rules between RIS and Consulting for each country/Op Co
• Standardize Reporting out of OBIEE/Oracle financials between RIS and Consulting for each country/Op Co
