Role : SAP HCM Success Factors Architect
Location : Tampa, FL
Duration : 6+ months
Job Description
· Should have 10+ Years in SAP HCM
· Must have 4-5 years in Success factors
· Must have done 1 implementation, 1 support project in Success factors
· Should have good knowledge on HCM sub modules
· Evaluate system strategies and requirements related to SAP HCM components
· Should have strong grip on Employee Central, Talent Management, Compensation Management, Employee Profile, LMS
· Lead the design and configuration streams
· Suggest the most feasible solution to achieve strategic business goals
· Strong communication skills
Responsibility:
• Providing leadership over technical and functional support for Success Factors related modules
• Providing support on Enwisen, Taleo, Boomi and other Human Resources applications
• Leading problem resolution among a variety of functional areas and provide subject matter expertise support on diagnosing and resolving problems
• Evaluating logical views, data hierarchies, integrations and reporting structures
• Researching, analyzing, and determining the appropriate course of actions for fixing problems, identify and mitigates risks, and implement solutions
• Understanding the business processes, how the application supports the business processes and apply this knowledge to best solve problems
