Position: SDET QA
Location: San Diego, CA (Southern California)
Duration: 6 months
Do you have anyone for this local to Southern California? Needs to be a QA/SDET with experience in development with either Java or C# AND testing experience.
Must-haves
-5+ years of extensive C#, JAVA and/or other OO development, coding and programming
-5 - 6+ years of enterprise Automation Test Engineering
-4+ years of experience with automated functional testing tools such as Test Complete, SOAP UI, LoadRunner, JMeter, Ranorex(highly preferred)
-Ability to perform Boundary testing and equivalent partitioning
-4 - 6+ years of User Acceptance testing in addition to Functional and Integration testing with proven ability to create test frameworks in order to increase efficiency and maintainability
Plusses
Experience with ALM (application lifecycle management)
Strong cloud based and server based experience with emphasis to cloud computing and distributed computing
Experience with Cloverleaf
Experience with SOAP UI
Data warehouse Testing, ETL testing and Data transfers
Experience with SQL Server Management Studio
Day-to-Day
This Engineer will focus on writing and performing automation tests on the data warehouse via boundary testing and equivalent partitioning. Other primary responsibilities will include: testing SSRS reports, ETL testing, writing complex SQL queries and using their newly purchased automation testing software Ranorex. This role will be about 60% Automation Test and 40% Development (C# or Java)
