Position: Contact center support

Location: O'Fallon Missouri

Duration: Contract

 

Job responsibilities would include:

Day to day support of Cisco Contact Center Day to day support of Phone extensions Assist in designing, planning, and deploying new sites on Cisco phone clusters.

Review our existing configuration and recommend/implement changes as needed.

 

Pluses would be:

·         Experience with cloud-based contact center solutions (specifically in Contact)

·         Experience designing and configuring QoS in an MPLS/VPN environment.

·         Experience managing Cisco routers/switches
