Position: Oracle DBA (USC/GC ONLY)
Location: Oceanport, NJ
Duration: 6+ months
Experience in database upgrades / cross-platform migrations and ability troubleshoot issues related to upgrades/migrations and provide solutions to the developers where needed.
Application DBA experience with ability to troubleshoot code issues is required.
Must have experience in supporting the development environments.
Position requires working with various developers and testers, guide them and provide solutions where needed.
Should be able to document procedures, develop Standard Operating procedures, design and develop issue repository and generate metrics for management reporting.
Position requires strong communication and leadership skills.
Oracle 10G, 11G, 12C.
•Experience with Oracle RAC
•Experience with Oracle RMAN
•Experience with Oracle Data Guard
•Upgrading Oracle software version from 10g to 11g
•Oracle 11g/12c Grid OEM for administration, monitoring & performance analysis of Oracle instances
