Responsibilities:
Senior Software Engineer/Project Lead – eCommerce Applications
• Senior hands on leader developing an eCommerce CMS based web solution
• Assign tasks and oversee development through code reviews while remaining hands on with design and development for the eCommerce product sites (Written in C# 4.0/ SQL 2008 with plans to move to SQL 2012)
• Started a WCF Service Oriented Architecture from scratch for both of the web properties listed above with the goal of reusability by a new platform to be developed later this year.
• Working to define a team development workflow process from scratch since we are a new team but we have delivered several successful releases in a short period of time
• Technical mentor for our development team with problem solving and goal setting so we all experience both team and individual growth.
• Actively involved in our recruiting and interviewing of potential new team members.
Reuired Skills:
9+ years experience.
.Net 3.5 and above development experience
Strong C# and Object-Oriented programming skills
WCF/Web services, WPF, ASP.Net and XML
