Experience
* Over five years or equivalent applications programming experience and may require specific industry or platform experience
Must Have:
* Ability to perform system testing for application programs (example: ERPs, Payroll, HRIS)
* Must understand either end to end testing or parallel testing.
* Experience in testing PeopleSoft or Work Day is best.
* Must have worked on Payroll Systems testing.
* Solid documentation Skills
Duties:
* Works with all parties involved to kick-off a performance test
* Plans, schedules, and coordinates performance tests
* Develops performance testing scripts.
* Configures and executes performance tests and/or Performance Center
* Analyses results, identifies performance bottlenecks, provides tuning recommendations and prepares test reports.
* Prepares Test Closure Memo and coordinates performance test sign off.
Communications
* Solid analytical and problem solving skills
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to communicate with other teams,
* Organize their interactions, negotiate and create consensus,
* Escalate and resolve issues in a professional manner
Education:
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or the equivalent experience demonstrated by progressive responsibilities
