Need :- Business Analyst -DocuSign (NJ, 3+Months)

Duration: 3+ months
Position Summary:
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our ADM Business Information Services team. This person will partner with the business to help execute on DocuSign projects supporting digital transaction management. The Business Analyst will perform strategic and tactical analysis, design, development, quality assurance, implementation, documentation, training, system administration and application support activities associated with new, revised and established business applications of DocuSign and associated business processes.
Work closely with business units to understand their digital transaction priorities, build business cases and define how DocuSign can help meet business needs.
Facilitate the design and realization of new DocuSign use cases by engaging use case sponsors and orchestrating use case teams. Assess the complexity level of new requests (integration level, customization needs, etc.) to determine if it must be implemented by BIS or can be handled by the business user.
Act as project manager to lead implementation for assigned DocuSign projects.
Develop and leverage cross-functional relationships to drive collaboration and consensus building.
Define, gain user sign off on and communicate requirements to developers, both internal and third party.
Document requirements, resolutions, and processes for assigned tasks and projects. Test deliverables to ensure they meet requirements and the intent to solve the business problem and are working properly. Coordinate user acceptance testing and launch activities such as global user communications, training and post-launch testing and support.
Act as DocuSign Administrator and manage DocuSign accounts.
Includes administration of new and existing DocuSign accounts and users.
Serve as an escalation point for DocuSign support issues from the DocuSign support team.
Troubleshoot system issues, using various internal and external resources.
Stay current on DocuSign technologies including DocuSign Connect, Retrieve, workflows & templates, PowerForms, Bulk Send and other features.
Experience:
1-2 years of experience working on DocuSign use cases and applications that support cross-functional activities.
1-2 years of DocuSign Administrator experience, DocuSign Administrator certification preferred
Solid understanding of financial industry
Proven analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to set scope and deliver quality results.
Ability to determine and assign tasks to others to achieve project goals

The ability to work with end-user's to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction

MUST work well under pressure.
Ability to take initiative and be proactive
