Position: UNIX FILE SYSTEM & Hadoop
Location: San Francisco,CA
Duration: Full-Time
Description:
Responsibilities:
Design and develop new software-based features and enhance existing features for performance.
Be responsible for components in the system, from architecture, design phase through to the end customer site.
Deliver high quality enterprise ready software using internal processes and best practices for software development.
5-15 years of experience
Skills Required:
1.Experience with programming using C or C++ in Linux/Unix environment is required.
2.Experience with Linux Systems programming, multi -threading, synchronization mechanisms is required.
3.Deep understanding of storage technologies like Snapshots, Replication, Deduplication, FileSystem is highly desired.
4.Must have hands on Linux kernel programming and concepts expertise.
5.Programming experience in IO path, clustered environment is desirable.
( multiple positions available).
