Job title: Tech Support Engineer
Location: Los Angeles (Only GC or citizens)
Period : 6 months
Rate: $20/hr
§ Take calls from doctor community (Dentists) and interact with them to resolve their installation or operational issues related to their Patient Management Software.
§ Need to have a good knowledge on Windows OS, Network and troubleshooting operational or connectivity issues.
§ Must have excellent communication and should be detail oriented individual in taking inputs and escalating problems with the development team.
§ Prior exposure in providing Tech Support on Software products will be a definite advantage.
§ Must be familiar with Remote Desktop support and resolving issues by taking remote control.
§ Certifications like MCSE or CCNA not needed but will be an advantage.
§ 3 years exposure on Windows and parallel 2 years of Network exposure will be required.
