This position will be responsible for:
SCOPE DEFINITION AND SOLUTION DESIGN
•Work with client leadership to define project objectives and goals.
•Perform system configuration and business process assessment on contract management and approval process.
•Lead and facilitate requirement / scope definition workshops with the client team and business process subject matter experts.
•Lead and facilitate solution design / business process workshops with the client team and business process subject matter experts.
•Develop solution option assessment with recommendations.
•Lead and facilitate solution design / business process review sessions to achieve signoff prior to system development.
SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT
•Develop functional / technical specifications to support the solution design.
•Prototype and validate system configuration.
•Facilitate and support the configuration and unit test of the solution design.
•Facilitate and support the confirmation testing of system enhancements according to specification.
TESTING AND VALIDATION
•Lead the development of test scenarios to be performed during QA testing.
•Assist the QA testing team Assist the QA testing team with the development of QA test scripts.
•Support the QA testing team with integration and UAT.
•Lead and facilitate the resolution of all system defects discovered during integration testing and UAT.
TRAINING AND CUTOVER
•Support the user training team with the development and review of user training material
•Support the change management team with the development and deployment of new process procedures and user communications.
•Lead the development of the production cutover / migration plan.
•Facilitate the support of the production cutover and migration.
•Provide post go-live support as required.
Role Requirements
•Minimum of 7 years of SAP consulting experience.
•Minimum of 5 years of SAP procurement experience.
•Must have Public Sector SAP project experience.
•Should have full life-cycle SAP project experience.
•Experience leading and facilitating workshop sessions to define user requirements.
•Experience leading and facilitating workshop sessions to develop solution design.
•Experience developing detailed functional / technical specifications.
•Experience in the solution design and development of contract release strategies and workflow involving purchase requisitions (PR), purchase order (PO), and outline agreements (OA).
•Experience with the development of contract release strategies, codes, prerequisites, value thresholds, and workflow.
•Ability to work closely with technical developers and communicate user requirements and solution design specifications.
•Strong communication skills both orally and in writing.
