Senior Qlikview Developer/
Location: New York City, NY
Duration: 12 Months
Duties & Responsibilities:
Development duties will include (provide as much details as possible):
- Requirements analysis, design and build of Qlikview based Dashboards
- Engage with both Business and tech users to gather requirements and analyze/address issues
- Investigating and fixing bugs / Participating in test execution cycles
- Interact with other technology groups as needed
- Coordinate with users and developers located in different geographic regions
Skill, Experience & General information required:
- Experience with QlikView 11 SR2
- Strong SQL Skills.
- Experience in utilizing QlikView to implement complex analytical solutions which access data from multiple sources
- Solid experience developing complex QlikView data models using QlikView 11 SR2
- Mastery of QlikView charting; set analysis; reusability; leveraging variables and templates; and building/deploying section-access security models
- Ability to write complex front end scripting or expressions
- Knowledge on QlikView server architecture and building QVD''s and QVW''s
applying business rules and data validations - Able to develop macros in visual basic for advanced functionality
- Advanced scripting and ETL, data modeling (star schema); Working with large data sets;
- Must have developed enterprise applications for use in production environments
- Knowledge of building/using extensions and mashhup's
- Familiarity with Teradata, SQL Server databases
