· IIS, IHS, WSRR, IBM Datapower
· Scheduling and driving Meetings as and when required.
· Take end-to-end bottom line responsibility for a Project completion, schedule assignments, monitor, review, and report project status.
· Supervise Remedy tickets
· Handling Escalations
· Coordination with app team and with other teams contact people.
