Position: Business Analyst with Scrum Master exp

Location: Bloomington IL

Duration: 12+ months.

 

Desired Skills:

 

Work will include coordination of work being delivered by developers, business analysts and test analysts.

Certified Scrum Master or 2 or more years of experience as a Scrum Master is preferred.

 

Knowledge & Experience:

·           Good skills and knowledge of leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, empowerment and increasing transparency

·           Previous experience as a team lead/coordinator for IT projects

·           Knowledgeable about Project Management processes/practices

·           Understands iterative and waterfall development

·           Familiar with common accelerators

·           Experience or comfort working in a distributed, startup environment

 

Key Skills & Abilities:

·         Ability to navigate the organization and collaborate across locations

·         Ability to build relationships across various levels of the organization

·         Ability to cultivate effective working relationships and empower others

·         Ability to quickly adapt to a changing environment

·         Ability to foster innovation, encourage diversity of thought, and incorporate new ideas

·         Ability to lead teams to consensus and understanding of the work to be done

·         Ability to work with the team to ensure they are fully functional and productive

·         Ability to remove barriers and impediments that are preventing the team from completing work

·         Ability to shield the team from external interferences

·         Ability to guide a team in achieving efficient and effective outcomes

·         Ability to enable close cooperation across all roles and functions

·         Ability to ensure that the team follows their process and pursues continuous innovation in their practices

 

·         Strong familiarity with Systems Department processes

·         Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
