Position: C# developer

Location: Bloomington IL

Duration: 12+ months.

 

 

Summary:

·         Support and Develop the Enterprise Claims System-Forms and Correspondence application.

·         ECS-F&C is a high-volume business critical application.

·         Candidate will also be responsible for design and implementation of new features and performance enhancement deliverables

·         Candidate will also be responsible for 3rd Tier Service Support, root cause analysis and solution design of issues experienced by users

 

Soft Skills:

·         Analyze technical specifications and business requirements to develop a systems solution

·         Strong technical writing and documentation skills

·         Ability to communicate highly technical concepts and principles to non-technical people

·         Implement software solutions and resolve problems that decrease time to market, enhance flexibility and embrace the solution provider mindset

·         Project methodology, both agile and waterfall

·         Ability to work as team and independently

 

Technical Skills:

Familiarity with Rational tool Suite, Maven, Subversion, Trac, Splunk, Jenkins, HP Service Manager

Strong programming skills, and experience developing applications using:

C#.net, Microsoft Interoperability, VSTO - Visual Studio Tools for Office, COM - Common Object Methods Interface, WMI- Windows Management Instrumentation, ActiveX Code quality tooling and test techniques (unit test, test driven development, behavior driven development, automated test scripts)
