Position Description: These positions will be responsible for developing and executing test plans, test cases, test type approach and reports in adherence with the State of Michigan System Engineering Methodology for the New Fee Legislation project effort. The project has a need to confirm that legislatively mandated fee and rule changes produce the desired results in both legacy mainframe logic and that of a .Net replacement framework. The project is currently under review to determine if maintaining a single system as the repository of a fee calculation service is more feasible than updating both systems and that decision would likely determine if focus is reduced to one system. Until the decision is made there is a need to have resources capable of functioning in either scenario.
Skills Required: At least 10 years' experience with conducting testing on COBOL and GENX Programs. 10 Years' experience certifying scripts & using automated tools. Experience with data analysis Experience testing .Net systems At least 3 years' experience with Requirements Traceability Matrix.

Additional Information: There is no direct public transportation to this location. All prospective contractors will be required to pass background check prior to the start date of this contract
