Role	Sr. Java Techno Functional Lead
Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills	• 10+ years of experience in Java/Java J2EE Technologies. • 3+ years of experience in Java Restful Web services Development. • Excellent written/oral communication, leadership, and organizational skills. • Retail domain experience a plus. • Must be able to engage with customer Leads on Technical requirements and lead the team of 15+ associate both onshore/Offshore. • Hands on development experience using the following technologies or tools: GIT, Jenkins
Roles and responsibility	• Should be able to lead a team of 15+ associates and take care of deliverables. • Experience with server-side architectures and web application development utilizing: Spring, Hibernate, Java/J2EE, REST/SOAP, Service Oriented Architectures. Required Java and related web application engineering skills: JSP, JSF, Servlets, JDBC, HTML (5.0+), AXIS, JAX-WS, JAX-RS, JAXB, Hibernate, Springs, Struts, WSDL, XML (SAX, JAXB, JDOM) • App Servers, Web Servers, Databases, Web Services, UML and Development tools (Maven, Eclipse), GIT/CVS • Experience with JUnit and test driven development. • Problem-solving and analytical skills. • Demonstrated expertise in with API development using RESTFul and JASON. • Formalizes requirements by heading meetings with business stakeholders, data owners, developers and operations engineers.
Desirable Technical / Functional Skills	•  Ability to work independently, Should be able to engage customer Technical Leads. •  Communicates effectively, both orally and in writing, with diverse audiences and in diverse situations. •  Excellent troubleshooting, reasoning, design, and risk assessment skills. •  Should be a team leader. •  Proven ability to present ideas effectively to both individuals and groups. •  Highly developed analysis and problem solving skills.
