Job Description:

 

Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills:

Essential experience

• ASP.Net

• MVC 4

• C#

• JavaScript, JSON, JQuery, AngularJS , Bootstrap

 

Others

•RESTful Webservices, WCF

• SQL Server 2008/2014

• Content Management Systems, Sitecore is a plus

• Source Control using Git/TFS

• Working in Onsite/Offshore model

• SCRUM

 

Roles and responsibility:

1. Troubleshoot issues based on priority and work with Business users to resolve them

2. Coordinate with offshore team and provide timely support, getting their queries resolved

3. 24x7 availability for Production Support on an oncall rotation basis

4. Participate in Root Cause Analysis

5. Should have requirement gathering experience

6. Understand existing environment and business of various source systems

7. Ability to take initiative and ownership on tasks

8. Excellent written and oral communication

 

Desirable Technical / Functional Skills:

1. Strong knowledge and working experience of ASP.NET MVC

2. Strong understanding of .Net Frameworks (WCF, SOA), JQuery, JSON, AJAX, AngularJS, Object Oriented Programming Techniques

3. Strong knowledge of the web form page life cycle

4. Strong knowledge of Caching, Session State, Cookie Management, View state

5. Strong experience in SQL 2008/2014

6. Should have experience in Git/TFS and knowledge of Sitecore (Web Content Management system)

7. Work in Cross Browser compatible Web applications (preferably eCommerce applications)

8. Experience to work on large globalized application within Load Balanced environment

9. Strong analytical skills

10. Working experience in Onsite/Offshore model

11. ITIL concepts clear understanding of Change Management, Problem Management processes

12. Excellent communication skills

13. Experience of working in 24x7 Production Support model for mission critical applications

14. Working experience in Ecommerce applications

15. Proficiency in SQL (write/understand complex SQL queries and stored procedures)
