I need the BEST Scrum Master on the market for a client of mine. Candidate must have worked in a large enterprise environment and global experience would win us the deal.
Project Description: Project Delivery and Agile Scrum process / methodology development for application. Position Summary: Leads Scrum team to ensure quality products are delivered following Agile and Scrum processes as well as the project manager responsibilities. Essential Job Functions: - Management of 3rd party resources, contracts, and deliverables
- Management of project budget and schedule
- Responsible for leading Scrum and Agile practices within a new product team including running Scrum ceremonies.
- Responsible for assembling project team, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing schedules.
- Idendifying, removing issues or impediments from team
- Establish and update sprint plans while running the Scrum meetings and process.
- Manage the integration tasks and track and review team deliverables.
- Communicate timely project status to all stakeholders.
- Manage project risk, develop mitigation plans, and escalate decisions and unresolved issues.
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Strong focus on assisting team in adhering to Scrum process.
- Focus on ensuring team's adoption to Scrum process

Requirements |
Minimum Position Qualifications: · Agile Scrum experience · Project management of 2 or more projects using Agile Scrum software development life cycle methodology · Project manager leading project with development team led by Scrum Master, desired · Formal training on Project Management of Agile Scrum implementation project, desired · Experience leading a highly matrixed project team. · Proven track record of delivering objectives on time and within budget. · Solid knowledge and ability to apply the systems development and project management life-cycle processes involved with implementing I.T. solutions. · Proven problem solving and organizational skills. · Demonstrated ability in team motivation and delegation. · Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate information to customers and to all levels within the organization. · Ability to travel as needed. · Bachelor's degree or related equivalent work experience. Preferred Position Qualifications: · Scrum Master Certification highly preferred. · Experience as a Scrum coach · Experience applying scrum across multiple teams · 5 or more years Senior Project Manager experience. · Leadership position delivering large and/or complex projects. |
