ROLE	SOA Technical Architect
LOCATION	Albany NY
DURATION	24 Months
RATE	$60/HR ON C2C

PART A:  The ONE MANDATORY REQUIREMENT ·      Expert Level ·      You must be an Expert Technical Architect with documented employment experience of 7+ years (84+ months). ·      You must have technical experience cantered around a technology, technologies or a portfolio of applications.  Designing and implementing Information Technology solutions. ·      You must be able to provide leadership of large teams and/or extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.
PART B:   Requested Desirable Qualifications The numbered qualifications below are not mandatory, but candidates should meet or exceed in duration and skill set target asked for, at least 3 of numbers 1 through 6.    1.    Minimum 84 months experience designing and implementing highly available and scalable multitier applications using Object Oriented or Service Oriented Architecture with experience in data structures, algorithms, software design and JEE Design Patterns on an IBM platform. 2.    Minimum 84 months experience leading agile development teams which involve planning, designing, implementing and integrating complex JEE based systems. 3.    Minimum 60 months hands on experience in developing and deploying applications in IBM Websphere Portal 6 or higher. 4.    Minimum 60 months hands on experience in developing and deploying applications in IBM Websphere Application servers 7.0 or higher. 5.    Minimum 60 months experience with Oracle 10g or higher including coding with PL/SQL. 6.    Minimum 60 months performing hands on performing code review of applications developed using JMS, EJB, MQ, JSF, JAXB, JAXWS, and Hibernate.
