Job Description:

The DBA will be responsible for providing technical support for the database environment and overseeing development and organization of databases, assessment and implementation of new technologies. It is of paramount importance to the company that on-line processing database systems offer the highest reliability and performance possible. The DBA will be responsible for working with Architecture, Application Development and Operations groups to develop both physical and logical database administration functions.

Qualifications: 
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology or related field 
* 5+ years Microsoft SQL Server 2008, 2014 Administration experience 

*Strong experience on PL/SQL optimization
* Experience with Database Tuning, Security and Management, Data Mining and flowcharting techniques 
* Knowledge of Reporting and Query tools and practices 
* Knowledge of Mirror, Cluster, and Load balancing. 
* Knowledge of Database backup and maintenance. 
* Knowledge of SANs, Network topologies, Server environment is a plus. 
* Experience with Cubes, SSIS, SSRS, BI, .net, Visio is a plus 
* Good interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills 
* Self motivated and directed with keen attention to detail 
* Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
