Must-haves
- 3+ years of experience with Pega solutioning
- 10+ Years of overall IT experience
- 5+ years of architecture experience: Perform design and development
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Plus
- Rules ware experience
- Certified Senior Systems Architect (CSSA)
- Certified Pega Solution Architect (CSA)
- Customer Process Manager Architect Certification (CPM)
- Healthcare experience
- PBM experience
Day-to-Day
Team is looking to onboard a Solutions Architect who is well-versed with Pega architecture and solutioning.
Company is implementing Pega in their environment which will be used by one of their operations teams to perform benefit plan design.
They are currently utilizing a proprietary application and will be building out the same functionality within Pega.
Solution Architect will partner with Enterprise Architect, project resources, and external Pega vendor/consultants to ensure solution is designed, built, implemented, and managed successfully within environment. Additionally, Solution Architect will be responsible for mentoring and training resources on Pega and performing a knowledge transfer.
