Position: Sr. Archer Developer/Administrators (3 positions)
Location: Lewisville, TX
Duration: 6 months contract to hire
Pay Rate: $150-175/hr all inclusive
Will not provide sponsorship – Candidate must be US Citizen or GC Holder.

Summary:
This position will be working as part of the Archer development group in a team environment to develop/support Archer projects. This position performs highly complex analysis and design and must have a good understanding of the methodologies used in requirements gathering, usability testing, and documentation. In addition, this position will work directly with the business line to develop business and technical requirements for the Archer system.
Responsibilities:
· Deliver enhancements and updates to the Archer Platform as needed to support the NSM Information Security and Policy requirements. Meet or exceed project milestones and defined measures.
· Drive Information Security Archer platform development requests, from design configuration, system development, through service implementation to application and usability in order to scale and adapt to future requirements.
· Work with business analysts, project managers, and key users to further define specifications, indicate areas of system impact, and continuous communication of project status and needs.
· Support prioritization of Archer development activities, including level of effort estimates, identifying dependencies, and maintaining schedule of enhancements.
· Provide Archer operational support, including troubleshooting issues, and report and data request support.
· Responsible for the analysis and maintenance of applications, as well as the design, development and implementation of new applications.
Required Skills:
· 10+ years of information systems technology experience.
· 5+ years of Archer experience or with configuration web-based workflow applications including on-demand application development.
· 5+ years experience with developing and implementing applications.
· Must be an RSA Archer Certified Administrator.
· Experience with version Archer 5.5 or above.
· Experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) concepts.
· Ability to develop and support complex Archer configuration changes.
· Experience with Archer core solutions, on-demand applications, and datafeeds.
· Experience working with SQL and XML technologies is highly desirable.
· Experienced in creating fields, reports, iView's and dashboards.
· Setup datafeeds (all types), Archer APIs and solid knowledge of notification and reporting engine.
· Experience in creating and executing SQL queries and setting up database, FTP and HTTP transporters in data feeds.
· Comfortable in the .NET 3.5 framework with knowledge of javascript to create custom objects in Archer.
· Experience deploying and working with solutions on ASP.NET and J2EE web server platforms, (i.e., WebSphere, WebLogic, IIS, jquery, JBoss, etc.). IIS and Websphere are preferred.
· Prior experience with relational databases (i.e. SQL Server, Oracle)
· Experience with both Windows Server and Linux
· Experience in configuring access control, record permissions, events and notifications.
· Experience in Data migration planning and content mapping.
· Extensive experience with the calculated fields (all functions) and Data Driven Events.
· Experience in creating UAT and SIT test scripts and creating development and test plans.
· Ability to present complex technical concepts in verbal or written business terms.
· Ability to work independently and with a team.
· Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
· Strong ability to prioritize multiple tasks, organizes, and schedule work effectively.
· Should have proven experience in: project & program related communication & tasks, managing multiple projects & tasks at once, being productive while balancing a task list that can vary from highly interactive to very little interaction.
· Demonstrated ability and experience in developing improvements/changes to systems and processes in order to improve customer satisfaction.
· Graduation from a 4-year college or university with major course work in a discipline related to the requirements of the position
