Location: Washington, DC

Exp: 9+yrs

Job Description:

1. Experience in leading TDM team

2. Experience in Designing, Developing TDM methodologies

3. Experience in leading discussions with various applications teams in gathering requirements for Test Data and provisioning

4. Experience in Test Data Management

5. Working experience in creating Synthetic data, Subsetting and Data Masking

6. Experience in tools like IBM Optim, Informatica TDM, Delphix or Proprietary TDM Tools

7. Technology Expertise: Working knowledge of complex technology landscapes as it relates the design and executing test data fulfillment activities

8. Bachelor's Degree with an IT Technology Related Major combination related experience and education

9. Three years or more experience in Test data management and overall experience over 6 years

10. Experience in data modeling, data flow diagrams and data mapping

11. Root cause analysis, decision making and problem solving

12. Technical skills required – Java, Shell scripting, Java Scripting, PL/SQL,

13. Experience with different data types – RDBMS, Mainframe, Flatfiles, XML
