Position: Data Conversion Consultant

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Duration: 6 months

 

Job Description:

·       Have solid understanding of typical data warehousing techniques

·       5+ Years of SQL skills; be able to code sophisticated analytical SQL's

·       5+ Years of IT experience working with ETL/Data projects with strong SQL for ETL

·       Design and maintain complex ETL mappings, maplets and workflows

·       Develop queries, stored procedures, functions, triggers, views and materialized views

·       Tune queries for performance and map/workflows

·       Create Data models and database designs

·       Document ETL jobs

·       Perform unit and systems testing on mappings created by ETL developers

·       Designing efficient & scalable ETL processes using Microsoft SQL Server stored procedures & SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS/DTS) Skills/Requirements

·       Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008, Transact SQL (T-SQL), SSIS/DTS

·       Understanding of relational database concepts; Working knowledgeable of Excel

·       Ability to collaborate and communicate clearly with other team members
