Job Description
- 5 or more years of working experience in the field of SAP HR Solutions (PA, OM, Time, CATS, LSO, OSA,   ECM, Portal ESS/MSS …) 
- Master or Bachelor degree 
- Requires strong functional skills and ability to communicate with business users.
- Proven ability to apply analytical and creative thought 
- Proven ability to deliver high profile activities to tight timescales 
- Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment 
- Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills 
- Verbal and written communication skills in English
- At least 2 or 3 SAP HR CATS Projects or 2 years of SAP HR maintenance 
  
Functional 
- Good knowledge of Time management with CATS-HR  
- Knowledge of Time Evaluation Schema with clock times
- Ability to implement localized time regulations by employee groups, tax area
- Experience in Absence Quota, Time off balances and year end roll over design 
- Responsible for writing Functional Designs and assess/review Technical Design 
  
Technical 
- HR: deep expertise (manipulation of TIP entries in Schema, Portal ESS/MSS) and basic knowledge of the other HR Modules; good knowledge of Cross application timesheets 
- Data entry profiles 
- Experience with interfaces for Personnel master data and Payroll systems desired 
- Creation of custom rules and operations within the time evaluation driver
- Workflow knowledge is a plus; 
- Knowledge of full impacts of CATS actions in non-HR domains (e.g.: postings in controlling, actuals reported in logistics…)
