REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPENTENCIES:
∙ Skills and knowledge acquired through Development, Technical Lead, or Project Management are required in each of the following areas: Project Management, Change Management, Release Management, Configuration Management, Systems Integration, Systems Development Life Cycle Methodologies, Quality Assurance and Testing, Requirements Gathering, and Systems Analysis and Design.
∙ Strong history and track record of completing quality projects on time, as well as a proven track record in coaching and mentoring others to success.
∙ Possess exceptional interpersonal, organizational and communication skills (written & verbal) ∙ Excellent presentation skills and strong negotiation skills.
∙ Ability to anticipate and build contingency plans.
∙ Expert problem solving skills. Ability to handle stressful situations with perseverance and professionalism.
∙ Ability to multi-task efficiently.
∙ Project Management skills including: Estimating, Scope Management, Budget Management, Time Management, Risk Management, Change Management, Issue/Conflict Resolution, Communication Management, Quality Management, Testing Plans, Training Plans, Team Management.
∙ This role requires strong coaching, and project management experience, coupled with the ability and willingness to roll up your sleeves and evaluate and/or create deliverables.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: BS/BA degree in a technical field or equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience:
Minimum 7 years experience developing large scale business systems applications.
Four (4) years project delivery experience or management of large projects as a Lead Developer, Lead Business Analyst or Senior Project Manager
Previous experience managing teams delivering IT implementations and involving multiple software application integrators.
Demonstrated ability to mentor technical professionals.
Experience and knowledge of various SDLC methodologies.
