Role	MRO IT Business Analyst  (Aircraft MRO or TechOps)
Mandatory Technical Skills	8+ years of experience in Airline MRO IT Must-Have Aircraft MRO IT Consulting Experience in working with customers in collecting the requirements, business process study, gap analysis of existing IT applcations, Testing and Trproviding support for business users.  Good Knowledge on MRO Business Processes & Functions MRO IT Applications expertise in TRAX and / or SCEPTRE Build Demo Scenarios and demonstrate to customer Experience in Visio, MS Office packages and good documentation skills Exposure to tools like TFS, JIRA Should have industry background from Aircraft MRO (Maintenance repair overhaul) background.
Desirable Technical Skills	Worked as Analyst for IT Project Implementation in Agile or Waterfall model
Mandatory Functional Skills	Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Desirable Functional Skills	Decision Making Capabilities,Management and Leadership Skills Sets,Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Work Location	Honolulu / SFO / Houston
