Minimum Requirement:

| Manage the vendor portfolio from a strategic vendor relationship management prospective | Required | 6 Years |
| Assist in the review of vendor proposals and project plans, and identify alternatives when necessary | Required | 3 Years |
| Application Development project experience | Required | 6 Years |
| Experience interfacing with third party vendor product implementation and intregrati | Required | 6 Years |
| Mentor, counsel and direct vendors to enforce and document accountability to project deliverables | Required | 3 Years |
| Develop efficient metrics for measuring program and project progress towards those goals | Required | 3 Years |
| PMBOK project methodology experience | Required | 3 Years |
| Background in mixed data center environments that include AIX and Windows bases servers, networking, as well as mainframe equipment | Required | 2 Years |
| Extensive experience with large scale enterprises wide projects and program management | Required | 3 Years |
| Skills and in depth understanding of project management methodology, project management planning, issue tracking and reporting, etc. | Required | 3 Years |
| PMI Certification | Required | 3 Years |
| Microsoft Project Pro experienc | Required | 3 Years |
| Knowledge or experience with Agile | Highly desired |
