Job Description

Job Description Required-

This role would require:-

·         Strong background in Business Objects XI R3.1 & 4.1 suits

·         Development, Support and administration, with in Reports/Universe Design, Administration

·         Desirable would be the experience of performing an upgrade to BO 4.1

·         Ability to design Universes from scratch and extend upon existing ones

·         Deep understanding of the correct use of contexts, aliases, and access level restriction level (Row/Object level).

·         Report creation using deski, webi browser and webi rich clients.

·         Highly desirable would be extensive experience of converting deski into webi reports

·         Good knowledge on Data modelling and Data warehousing concepts.

 

Nice to have-

·         Good experience in Oracle.

·         Exposure to Informatica 9.1 preferred. Generic

·         Good communication skills (Oral and written) to get the clarification from the offshore/onshore technical team and to be able draft technical approach documents

·         Good understanding on the various development life cycles like Water Fall, Agile.

·         Gather requirements from Customer and Implement the same as per the standards.

·         Review work performed by team members.
