Any Graduate, Postgraduate with experience in US-IT process can apply.
What we are looking in experienced candidates?
Fair understanding of US Staffing industry's latest trends and technologies.
Must have good knowledge on US Tax Terms: C2C, 1099, W2.
Develop different strategies and participate in Rate Negotiation / Contracts and Revenue Generation/Targets Negotiations and own client SLAs, Contracts, MSAs etc., Multi-tasking with multiple client requirements, review quality candidate submissions, result oriented approach to closing profitable deals.
Need to have good hold on gathering requirements for consultants from Tier-1 Vendors/Clients with active working strategies and on real marketing scenarios in getting the requirements from the Vendors/Clients and expansion of prospective new US Client/Vendor pipelines on a regular basis.
• Most important is to get involved in complete recruitment life cycle – From gathering requirements from the Clients/Vendors, source the profiles, submitting the consultants, confirming the best rates for consultants, following up for interview schedules, closing the best deals.
• Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high- paced, changing work environment.
• Ideal candidate would possess high energy, be highly motivated and self-directed.
Interested Recruiters/BDM's need to have their own database, with minimal support from the management in sourcing the profiles.
