ECOMMERCE JAVA LEAD

Location – Columbus, OH

Duration – 6 – 9 months

Must have an excellent retail and ecommerce background.  

TOP SKILLS – Java, Spring and Hibernate and front end development 

SKILLS REQUIRED: 

• 9+ years of experience in Object Oriented analysis, design, development and integration of software products in a company recognized for software development capability

• 5+ years of experience programming in Java using J2EE technology for enterprise web application

• 3+ years as a Team Lead (technical team size of 3 people or more)

• Deep knowledge of open source frameworks: Spring, Hibernate, MVC (like Struts)

• Hands on experience within all layers of an enterprise web application, back-end to front end.

• Ability to write complex algorithm 

• Experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), SOAP, REST, Web Services technologies

• Proven ability to meet deadlines and successfully complete of deliverable

• Agile Development experience or with any other iterative software development methodology 

• Hands on experience with continuous integration best practices

ASSETS:

• Experience integrating a search engine; preferably Elastic Search or Solr, Lucene, Kompass, Endeca.

• Experience with JavaScript framework, preferably AngularJS. 

• Knowledge of application servers: Tomcat, WebSphere or WebLogic

• Hands on experience with relational databases: preferably Oracle or SQL Server

• Experience with JBoss, Camel or any ESB
