Role: SAP Cloud for Customer Training Lead

Location: Duncan, SC

Exp : 8+Yrs.

Duration : long Term

 

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS :

· The Training Lead will be responsible for the overall execution of training activities across various functional aspects of SAP Cloud for Customer

· Has to lead a team of consultants in the effort to build and deploy the training curriculum for SAP C4Cincluding: defining the training strategy, developing the training delivery strategy, and providing leadership for the conception, design, development, deployment & maintenance of SAP C4C training solutions and material

· Manage and participate in curriculum development, training program design, training materials development, delivery with the consulting team, and support of the certification process

· Establish release-specific training requirements and determine training scope

· Organize training sessions involving integration of SAP C4C with on premise ERP/CRM systems via PI/XI/HCI

 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES 

· Education – B.E/ MCA/ M. Tech/ MS from reputed institutions

· Very good functional knowledge on SAP Cloud for Customer is a must

· Worked on at least one end-to-end implementation involving SAP C4C

· Experience in SAP CRM is an added advantage

· Good understanding of SAP Cloud Applications Studio, PDI

· Very good inter-personal, communication and presentation skills

· Mature negotiation skills

· Self-motivated, self-driven, curious, open minded, resourceful and flexible with the ability to learn quickly

WORK EXPERIENCE:

· Experience in software development/ consulting organizations with the above mentioned competencies: 4 to 8 years.
