• Good Exposure with IT Technology terminology.
•  Experience in sourcing profiles of Citizen, GC and EAD for Direct Client Requirements
• Experience in US Tax Terms (C2C, W2)
• Experience in Job portals such as: Monster, Dice, Career Builder, Social Networking, Etc.,
• Broadcast requirements to other Subcontractors / Vendors.
•  Good Negotiation Skills.
• Maintain database of candidates.
