Strong Oracle Financial Functional AR AP FA with retail experience.  

 

Business process flow design

Working with vendors of varying skill levels.

Recognize roadblocks and raise issues early.

Does not need techno functional skills.

 

Nice to have:

Financial and accounting systems

Oracle or ERP experience

Emotional maturity, leadership experience, high visibility project.  Conflict management, senior consultant.  Keep all team members moving in a positive direction.

 

Both will be working on the finance track of the ERP implementations.
