Job Title: SAP Customer Master/Order to Cash Expert (O2C)

Location: Plano, TX

Duration 2-3 Months

Job Description:

·         Deep knowledge of SAP ECC Customer master including transactions and business processes for maintaining master data.  Understanding of custom solutions.

·         Deep knowledge of customer hierarchy functionality in SAP.

·         Intermediate knowledge of the SAP order to cash process (Order->Delivery->Shipment->Invoice) and how customer master data is involved in the process

·         Able to troubleshoot and analyze issues in the system related to data and provide root cause and fix analysis
