Job Description
Required skills:
v About 8 years of development experience
v Expert at JavaScript – must understand the eaknesses and strengths of the language
v JavaScript Libraries: Angular JS 1.x, Highcharts
v Knowledge of tools like Grunt or Gulp
v Expert at CSS
v Expert at HTML
v Comfortable with source control tools preferably GIT
v .Net, C#
v ASP.Net MVC
v REST / WebApi
Desirable Skills:
ü Angular JS 2.0
ü LESS or SASS
ü D3
ü Node JS
ü TeamCity
ü Animation with CSS or JavaScript
ü React.JS
Position Summary -
• Designs and develops solutions that may include but are not limited to web sites, application services, systems/data interfaces, and database programming using one or more of the following technologies/platforms.
• Frameworks such as MVC (client side and server side), Bootstrap, Entity Framework.
• Languages such as VB.NET, C#, JavaScript. .NET framework 2.0 and above.
• Libraries and Data Models such as JQuery, JSON, AJAX.
• Services such as REST, SOAP.
• Familiarity with Team Foundation Server (TFS)
• UI, UX implementations/presentation layers such as HTML5, CSS3.
• Databases such as SQL Server 2008, 2012. SSIS and SSRS.
• Operating Systems such as Windows Server 2008, 2012
• Performs technical analysis of business requirements, builds technical and functional designs.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Project.
• Works with third party systems and vendors in supporting proprietary, third party and/or hybrid systems/processes.
• Knowledge or experience with Residential Mortgage Lending systems and processes preferred
Skill set
• Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) field from a four-year college or university.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 2-5 years of experience working in a financial services industry.
• 2-5 years of secure coding experience.
• Familiarity with FFIEC guidelines, OWASP and information security awareness will be a plus.
• Familiarity with Encompass would be preferred but is not a requirement
• 2 years of systems support and design experience.
• 2 years experience in working with vendors.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Ability to adapt to change.
