Skills Required and Job Description:

Interview Mode: Telephonic followed by Skype This role is vital to the successful implementation and management of our cloud initiatives in support of development and testing engineering functions across diverse product platforms. You will leverage your systems implementation and administration experience to envision, enable, accelerate, automate, and measure various cloud deployments. You will play a key role in creating dynamic, secure, high performance, and highly available cloud environments that will provide scale and flexibility to various engineering organizations. Your enterprise Linux/Windows systems management expertise, attention to detail, ability to solve problems and willingness to adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced environment are core traits for success in this role. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: •Define cloud deployment requirements by working with engineering organizations in support of their development and test functions •Deploy in multiple public and private clouds, e.g. AWS, Rackspace •Leverage industry best practices in defining and tuning appropriate on-demand cloud deployment architecture •Programmatically automate routine cloud deployment, administration, and monitoring tasks •Work on access and identity management and single sign-on initiatives •Be dynamic and capable of continuous learning and quick integration of new learning in daily work to accelerate and improve team capabilities •Provide operational support of cloud/development environments in support of both the engineering and IT organizations   Desired Skills & Experience •5+ years of enterprise systems implementation and administration experience in Linux and/or Windows servers •Previous experience or significant aptitude with server template creation, Chef Cookbook and Recipes creation and automation ideal •Specific experience in cloud platform deployment and architecture preferred, AWS and RightScale experience a big plus •Technical knowledge of network protocols, security audit considerations to influence the architecture of a flexible yet secure cloud framework •Strong evidence of scripting to automate routine tasks •Prior experience in hands-on troubleshooting of complex systems problems, capacity planning and performance tuning •Prior exposure to an agile development methodology preferred •A team player – ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams •Proven self-starter with track record of managing multiple complex tasks •Excellent communicator – verbal and written skills required •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent work experience For immediate consideration please contact:
