Title : Salesforce Administrator  

Location : HARTFORD, CT

Duration : 10 months(Possible for extension)

 

Local - Local resources have priority ,  Face to Face required

Monday - Thursday on site, Friday is remote

 

Job Description :

 

·         Lead Developer, Min 5 yrs experience, Salesforce certifications

·         Salesforce.com Administrator Certification required

·         Excellent verbal communication and writing skills a must

·         Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce enhancement/configuration work, spanning all key features and functionality; demonstrated success in end to end release management (concept  proposed solution configuration  testing/QA  implementation  training)

·         Experience in QA processes; setting up, documenting and executing test scenarios; troubleshooting and resolving issues

·         Proficiency in using Data Loader processes and understanding system data management

·         Expert Reporting and Dashboard building skills

·         Strong relationship building and collaboration skills with team and customers; ability to translate business needs into clear requirements that drive solutions

·         Self-starter, can explore, learn and work independently

·         Ability to create training guides, provide customer training on functionality, as
