Role : SDET lead

We are looking for senior SDET to lead application testing of large scale mission critical systems. In this role, Engineers will apply their expertise in evolving test frameworks and methodologies to ensure quality and reliability of our systems
Responsibilities:
• Work closely with engineering and product team to design automated test methodologies
• Assist the product development team in writing actionable, testable product requirements in the form of user stories
• Develop and maintain test tools and frameworks to validate unit, integration and functional tests of the system
• Evaluate and improve testing methodologies for continuous improvement
Desired skills and experience:
• Exposure to Test Driven Development in an Agile environment
• Hands on experience implementing test automation for enterprise applications (Web, SOA, ETL and backend)
• Demonstrated proficiency with open source automation tools (Selenium, REST-assured)
• Demonstrated proficiency with open source test frameworks (Cucumber, Junit)
• Demonstrated proficiency with programming languages (Java, Groovy)
• Exposure to Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (Jenkins, Go)
• Experience with build tools (ANT, Maven, Nexus)
• Experience with SCM tools (SVN, ClearCase)
• Experience with SQL (Oracle)
• Experience with project management tools (Rally, Jira, HP ALM)
• Experience with Unix and Windows shell
• Self-motivated with a passion for learning
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
Educational Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent
