Role	Demandware programmer/ Support Analyst
Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills	• Hands on with Demandware, Controller+ • Hands on with Java/ J2EE, Struts, Weblogic • 7+ years of experience in the above technologies • 3+ years of experience in leading and mentoring team • Excellent personal communication, leadership, and organizational skills • Retail Industry experience a plus • 1 year experience in Support
Roles and responsibility	ü Stay current with emerging industry trends ü Ability to take initiative and ownership on tasks
Desirable Technical / Functional Skills	Work closely with business users
Total experience in required skill (years)	~7 years
Work Location	Dodgeville, WI
Duration	12  months
