Responsibilities
· Design and build applications for the Android platform
· Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
· Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features
· Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
· Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
Skills
· Professional experience with Java - Mandatory
· Good knowledge on Android SDK - Mandatory
· Experience with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services - Mandatory
· Experience with Retrofit, Dagger, RxJava, MVP - Mandatory (Any two)
· Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
· Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git
· Understanding of phone's design principles and interface guidelines, Google's material design
· Experience in C, C++
· Experience with analytics frameworks
· Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
· Good knowledge on Android NDK and JNI
· Experience with Multithreading, and performance tuning
