Role: Business Analysis with Retail Systems and Microsoft Dynamics

Location: Mooresville; NC

Rate Cap: $60/hour;

Duration: 6 Months

Only USC/GC/TN/E3/GC EAD/L2 EAD

 

 Scope:  Business Analysis for a Microsoft Dynamics Implementation involving following Modules

1.       Retail Systems (POS and Store Operation),

2.       Trade and Logistics,

3.       CRM and

4.       Finance

Customer Need:

Experience in Dynamics AX modules related to Finance, Retail and Trade & Logistics is a plus.

• Microsoft certification in Dynamics AX development is preferred.

• 4+ years of IT experience in the retail industry handling retail processes like store sales, finance, supply chain, CRM.

• 2+ years of experience applying Agile development practices.

• Experience gathering requirements for Identity & Access Management, Security areas.

 

SKILLS

• Must Have Skill – Have done Business Analysis atleast in 2 Project involving one or multiple areas in Retail Systems (POS and Store Operation), Trade and Logistics, CRM or Finance

• Experience in setting up strategy for non functional requirements for larger implementation in a complex organization
• Work with the architecture team to develop technical standards and provide subject matter expert level knowledge for `best practices' for IAM.
• Knowledge of emerging IAM standards

Experience Requirements

·         BS in Business Administration, Computer Science, CIS or related field

·         6+ years of experience in business analysis in a related field

·         Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, CIS or related field

·         Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) or Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA).

·         3+ years of work experience in a business role requiring interaction with executive leadership.

·         3+ years of work experience working on cross-functional project teams.
