· looking for mostly sr. developers but are willing to look at some Jr. that seem to be bright and willing to learn
· looking for both front end as well as backend Node.js resources
· If the resource is Jr. would like for them to be front end developers
· They gave a coding test paper that they would like candidates to do over a 24hr period and turn in. The eval criteria is:
o Completeness to the given spec
o Coding performance
o Node usage (rather than using other frameworks to complete it)
o They mentioned of a challenge that's put in there to test creativity of the developer
o Adherence to any coding standard
