Tibco BW expertise is a must. If candidate has SalesForce experience, that will be an advantage.

·  Senior TIBCO Developer with strong integration experience of 5+ years

·  Expertise in TIBCO products – Business Works, EMS, Admin, ADB Adapter

·  Knowledge and experience with RDBMSs (specifically, Oracle 10i/11g)

·  Experience analyzing, troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing TIBCO Middleware software within complex application(s).

·  Strong background in working in developing complex middleware integration solutions with tight deadlines

·  Need to have strong communication skills, interpersonal skills and prior demonstrable experience working with diverse cross-functional distributed team.
