JOB DESCRIPTION:
Project Managers take full responsibility for managing a project or program. They normally manage a number of related streams or activities to achieve a desired business result, planned profitability levels, quality standards and highest-level client satisfaction. Project Managers are responsible for the project plan, budget, structure, schedule and staffing requirements for the delivery organization. A Project Manager usually has technical expertise in one or more other domains (e.g. a Project Manager with testing skills could perform a test manager function).
This position will take responsibility and be accountable for the coordination and project management of technology solutions for APAC, supporting Country Directors, DAs, and Franchisees specifically in South Korea, Japan, and China. The Senior Project and Technology Manager will understand, gather and qualify technology requirements, define and assist in the integration, deployment and project management of solutions, and will engage with Global, Regional and in country resources, including Country Directors and staff, Region Offices, FWH Technology staff, external suppliers, existing POS Partners, POS Product Development and Menu Management. The goal is to provide technology leadership oversight, coordination program and project management for South Korea, Japan and China. thereby ensuring that all procured technology solutions meet Client standards and the needs of the country markets, and can eventually be migrated to or integrate with future Client and Digital systems and technology to be developed and deployed throughout the APAC region.
The role of Senior Project and Technology Manager will be directly managed by the Global POS Program organization, but will be directly accountable to Country Directors and the APAC Region. It will be clear that success means successful outcomes for each country and the Region.
