Project Manager with Web Application Experience -  FACE TO FACE INTERVIEW

FACE TO FACE INTERVIEW

Required Skills

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in web production, managing major interactive or web development projects

-         Bachelor’s degree in related field. Ideal educational focus on web design, computer science a plus (coder, developer).

-         PMP or Agile certification a plus

-         Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience required. Experience with managing remote teams a plus.

-         Experience working in a global company and coordinating and aligning work in a multi-national environment a plus.

-         Familiarity and hands on experience with a CMS platform is required. Experience with Adobe AEM/CQ, Drupal or WordPress.

-         Experience or familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Test & Target, Adobe Site Catalyst. Familiarity with Photoshop and other Adobe CS3 apps.

-         W3C compliant hand-coded HTML and CSS is a must, JavaScript and JQuery knowledge.

-         Responsive development experience is a plus

-         Knowledge of search engine optimization is a plus

-         Familiarity with issue and task tracking tools such as AtTask, BaseCamp, MS Project to manage projects, resource allocation, tasks and issues

-         Experience with automated QA tools and platforms such as Selenium and BrowserStack.

-         Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with project management experience

-         Strong attention to detail, QA skills and analytical acumen

-         Must have the ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities within deadlines.

-         Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff and vendors.

-         Ideal candidate will be flexible and have the ability to think/act strategically as well as roll up their sleeves and work as an individual contributor to solve problems and meet goals

-         Comfortable tracking and digesting web metrics

-         Work independently from a remote location and as a member of a cross-functional team.

-         Candidate must be able to work independently from home and attend weekly meetings at our San Francisco office.
